Communications Manager

Communications Manager (m/f/d)
Full Time, Vienna

You will be responsible for defining and implementing our corporate communication rules and processes to internal and external stakeholders. Your goal is to coordinate, moderate, and advance the communication flow between all relevant stakeholders. You will be dealing with special interest groups as well (i.e., local politics, international associations) and will support the management team in preparing events. You are passionate about the power of words and support us in positioning both companies in the global market.

Your Role:

• Collaborate with the management team and other teams to identify the public voice of the companies and actively operate corporate communication.
• Create style guides and brand voice outlines for all marketing, advertising, social media, public relations and other vital channels
• Supporting the management in strategic decision-making
• Consult with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations
• Draft newsletters and press releases following organizational news
• Communicate with media outlets and journalists and create press kits
• Define and implement internal communication routines
• Coach and assist team members on improving communication skill
• Prepare and conduct special events to special interest groups

About You:

• Exceptional communication abilities
• Excellent German and proficient English (C1/C2) both written and spoken
• In-depth knowledge of best writing and messaging practices for marketing, advertising, social media, public relations, and sales copy
• Ability to effectively engage with team members of all levels and across departments
• Great project management skills, including time management, goal-setting, multitasking and prioritization
• Technical understanding and competence in navigating the digital media landscape
• Background in software/hi-tech and/or music a plus
• Good data analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Advanced organization abilities
• Leadership abilities, including training and mentorship
• Budget responsibility and reporting

Marketing Assistant

Marketing Assistant (m/f/d)
Full Time, Vienna

Your Role:

• Assisting in the development and execution of product launch and marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Supporting the management of all communication channels for both companies
• Contributing to content creation (graphics, audio, photos, videos, text)
• Copywriting in German and English
• Project management & collaboration with internal and external team members, agencies, graphic designers, content creators
• Communication with high-profile users, journalists, reviewers, influencers, partners
• Assisting in organizing and hosting events

About You:

• Very good communication skills, high level of commitment, team orientation
• Good to very good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to think outside the box
• Structured, goal-oriented, and self-responsible work approach
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as social media, email marketing, and content management systems
• Marketing education a plus
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of computer-based music production
• Musical background, preferably with knowledge of orchestral instruments
